No need to book to visit us. Gather your family and friends together for some fun at the indoor playground nearest you! Psst… Are you planning a party or are you an organized group? See the Birthday Parties or Groups pages for details.
Remember to bring a cold lunch to recharge your batteries and take full advantage of the activities all day long. And don’t forget your socks—they’re mandatory for walking around and having fun in our play areas!

Do I have to bring shoes and socks?
You must wear socks. Shoes are not permitted in our centre.
Can I bring in food from outside the facilities?
Yes! You can bring your own lunch or have it delivered directly to our centre to eat it on site and make the most of your day. Please note that nuts, peanuts, glass containers and alcohol are NOT permitted. There are no refrigerators or microwaves available on site.
Is there an on-site restaurant?
Our snack bar offers snacks, sweets and beverages. We do not offer a meal service at the snack bar.
Is there a coatroom on site?
Yes! Our on-site coatroom is free. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Can I leave my child unattended at RécréOFUN?
No. Adult supervision is required at all times in our centres.
Can I leave the centre and return to play later that same day?
Yes! It is possible to leave the centre and return later the same day. Ask our receptionist for more details.
Is there a minimum age for jumping on the bungee trampolines?
To jump on our bungee trampolines, the minimum weight is 35 pounds and the maximum weight is 200 pounds.
Are the bungee trampolines safe?
Yes! Our bungee trampolines with elastic harnesses comply with safety standards and are regularly inspected, and our instructors receive specific training for the operation of this activity.
Are the play modules safe?
Yes! Our play modules comply with safety standards and are regularly inspected to ensure the safety of our customers, young and old alike.
Do adults have access to the play areas?
Yes! All our play areas are also accessible to accompanying adults.
Are the arcade games included with my daily admission?
We offer 2 tokens with each admission for children aged 3 to 12 to enjoy the arcade area. Additional tokens are sold at the on-site machines.
What activities are included with my daily admission?
Our play areas included with general admission are: BalleOFUN, the giant maze, the Toddler Zone, RapidOFUN, ToileOFUN and ChuteOFUN. The bungee trampolines, 7D cinema, virtual reality and arcade tokens are sold at extra cost.
What is the maximum age for coming to RécréOFUN?
Older siblings are welcome and can access the playgrounds! Teens 13 and older pay the same rate as adults.
What is the ideal age for playing at RécréOFUN?
Our play areas are designed and adapted for all ages from 0 to 12 and for accompanying adults!
Is RécréOFUN open on public holidays?
Yes! We are open 363 days a year, with the exception of December 25 and January 1.
Is the rate for a specific block of hours?
No. Your admission is valid for the whole day, without a fixed time slot!
Do I have to pay admission as an accompanying adult?
Yes. Everyone entering our centre must purchase an admission ticket. Take this opportunity to have fun with your children, as all our play areas are also accessible to adults!
Do I have to book or buy my tickets in advance for a family visit?
No reservation is required to visit us for the day. Admission tickets are sold on site. However, be sure to book ahead of time if you are coming to celebrate a birthday or if you are an organized group (school, camp, daycare, corporation or other association).
Can I bring my own cake to celebrate a birthday?
You can bring your own cake when booking a birthday package. Ask about the possibilities for replacing the cake that is included.
Can I reserve a table in the dining area?
The snack zone is a common area accessible to all customers without reservation. It is possible to reserve a table in the Party Zone when your book a birthday package. Contact us for more details!
Can I come and celebrate my child’s birthday without booking a package?
You are welcome to come and have fun with the children without booking! But you can’t bring a cake to celebrate a birthday without reserving a table in the Party Zone.
Can I make a group reservation for the weekend?
On weekends, we offer personalized packages for corporate groups, sports teams and other associations. Contact us to find out more!
Is there a predetermined block of hours for groups?
During the week, our group packages (schools, camps and towns, CPE & daycare groups) are valid for the whole day and at the time of your choice during our opening hours!
What types of groups can come to RécréOFUN?
We welcome groups of children of all ages and sizes. School classes, day camps, town camps, CPEs, daycares, family centres, corporate events, sports teams and other associations!
How can I sign up for an annual membership?
Our annual passes are sold exclusively online here. Your virtual membership card will also be available on the online portal.
How can I buy a gift card?
Our gift cards are sold on site in our centres and online here.
What are the accepted modes of payment?
We accept payment by cash, credit and debit cards, as well as our gift cards.
Adult supervision is required at all times. Single adults (without children) are not admitted.
Socks are mandatory in all areas of the centre. Shoes must be removed at the entrance.
Food, beverages and gum are not permitted in the play areas. The dining area is where you eat and drink.
Cold lunches are permitted on site. However, alcohol, nuts, peanuts, and glass containers are not permitted.
Respect is important for our customers, both children and adults, and for our staff. No form of violence will be tolerated.
It is forbidden to run or climb outside the play areas.
The instructions to follow are posted in each play area.
